Taking a closer look at the user and their tasks. The empathy map allows us to see where the confusion begins and we can discover how content can give users an appropriate level of expectation.

Pain points

Testing participants reported confusion in the following areas:

  • the term 'Environment'

  • difference in set up flow options

  • navigating the product after onboarding
