Testing to discover what drivers thrifting donations. A local non-profit wants users to schedule large donations using their website. 

 

How might we create a form where users understand the large donations requirements?​

Observations

User Assumptions
  • Users have trouble locating the form on mobile

  • Users assumed completing the form guaranteed a donation pick-up

User Frustrations
  • Users did not receive confirmation of scheduled donation 

  • Users were unaware of testing locations 

User Confidence
  • Users expressed interest in finding testing locations

  • Users valued clarity of donation requirements

  • Users valued having a confirmation email after sumbitting the form

A responsive web design featuring an enhanced form with segmented content, suitable headers, tooltips, and unmistakable confirmations.
