In my role, I developed a comprehensive UI content strategy tailored for both mobile and PC devices. This involved managing product language, taxonomies, glossaries, and to ensure consistency and clarity across platforms. I created annotated mockups, presentations, and wireframes that facilitated seamless communication with the development team. Additionally, I supported senior UX designers by conducting user research and refining information architecture to enhance overall user experience.

I assisted students in mastering the principles of UX writing guiding them through essential concepts such as content design, microcopy, and conversation design. I provided mentorship that empowered them to refine their skills enhance their understanding of effective user communication.
