Usability challenges have been observed for first-time onboarders and users scanning the QR code with their native camera. Many report confusion and difficulties during the setup process, resulting in frustration. User testing was conducted to collect insights and pinpoint pain points, with the goal of improving the onboarding experience for new users.​
